Welcome to ArceyShop (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or placing print-on-demand orders, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. General Conditions

  • By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service or product assets without express written permission from us.

2. Products & Custom Print-on-Demand Orders

  • Product Descriptions: We attempt to display the colors, designs, and dimensions of our products (including headphones, mugs, and custom apparel) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings.
  • Custom Designs & Uploads: For print-on-demand items, you are solely responsible for any text, graphics, or content you submit or request. You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses/rights to use any images or logos provided for customization.
  • Prohibited Content: We reserve the right to cancel orders containing material that is illegal, infringing on third-party intellectual property, hate speech, or offensive content.

3. Pricing, Orders, & Cancellations

  • Prices: All prices displayed on our store are subject to change without notice.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
  • Cancellation Window: Because print-on-demand items enter production shortly after an order is placed, requests to cancel or modify custom orders must be submitted immediately within 1 to 2 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and depend on production queues and carrier handling times.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the buyer, customs holds, or third-party carrier delays.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Replacements

Your purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy:

  • Standard non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom print-on-demand items are final sale and non-refundable unless defective, sent in the wrong size, or sent as an incorrect item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and website code—is the property of ArceyShop or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ArceyShop, our directors, officers, employees, or print partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA.
